It is planned to build an apartment building at the site of the long-term construction «Gulliver» in Minsk

In addition to construction in the satellite city of Smolevichi, the capital construction department is also developing multi-apartment buildings in Minsk. «At the moment, we are working most actively in Loshitsa, as well as in promising microdistricts, for example, now we are developing the site of the Gulliver shopping center for multi-apartment residential development. We are planning to build Dzerzhinsky Avenue in two parts, which we hope to implement in the coming years».

Pre-project development is currently underway at the Gulliver site on Pritytsky Street. According to the detailed planning project, up to 70 thousand sq. will be of an individual design with underground parking.It is also planned to build five prefabricated houses on this site, some of which are provided for those in need.
